WILD BABY HAIR!!!!!
I have to say that Annistyn TRULY enjoyed herself today. I think she may have even had more fun than us! We started the day with a trip to the beach. Here she is ready to go:

When we got on the beach, we had two chairs and an umbrella waiting for us. They come with our reservation. So, we lay one of them flat and put a towel on it. We weren't really sure how long Annistyn would lay there. That girl lay there AN HOUR just chillin'!






She fell asleep after laying there a while and slept for about another hour. We ate lunch on the balcony of our condo (even Annistyn had her bottle out there) and then we went down to the pool where she went swimming for the FIRST time and LOVED it.


She was so relaxed after swimming. I gave her a bath to get the sunscreen off and she took a nap. Before her nap, however, we had some fun on the balcony. I put her in my Vera Bradley beach bag, because she loves Vera Bradley, and took some pictures. She looked so cute and LOVED sitting in it. She could sit up all by herself, so I think she felt like a big girl. She even cried when we took her out:






She is so silly in front of the camera. After her nap, it was time to get ready to go shopping at Pier Park, so I dressed her in her sailboat outfit, and of course, had to get some pictures before we left.





We went shopping and met Michael at at the Back Porch when he got into town. Looking forward to another beautiful beach day tomorrow. Annistyn has a NEW ladybug float....maybe I can get some cute pictures.
On a different note-
Happy 3-Month Birthday to Annistyn!!!
Here are some facts from this month:
She can hold her head up pretty good. It doesn't wobble very much anymore.
She can push up 90 degrees on her hands.
She doesn't like being held like a newborn.
She wants to sit up by herself so badly! In the carseat mirror, she is pulling her head off of it trying to sit up.
She loves talking to you! She mimics the sounds with her mouth. She says the vowel sounds pretty good and uses the "g" and "c" sound also.
She smiles ALL THE TIME!
You can tell by her expression when she recognizes someone.
If you stick your tongue out, she sticks out hers.
She hasn't mastered laughing, but you can tell she is by the expression on her face. Sometimes she will let out a little "heh heh".
She loves sitting in her Bumbo chair.
She sleeps anywhere between 8 and 10 hours at night without waking up. She usually takes 1 good nap a day- from around 2-4.
She is in a size 1 diaper and 3 month size clothing.
She loves watching Finley Dog.
Her eyes are still blue, but getting lighter. Her hair is dark brown and showing signs of having some curls.
She weighs around 11 lbs.
She is reaching for things, but hasn't quite figured out how to get them.
She has definitely developed a personality. Boy, are we going to be in for a treat!!!!
She likes shopping, swimming, and the beach (as we found out today)!
Her Mommy and Daddy are CRAZY about her!!!!
