Catching up

Wow! I'm about a month behind on our poor blog! I figured I better stop and catch up now while I still have time! I have been busy getting ready for Annistyn. There are still things that need doing, but we are making progress. Michael has vacuumed every inch of our house so it is definitely dust-free. I brought home my mom's embroidery machine, so it's been running from about 3:30 until bedtime everyday.
Here are some things I did today.....
This is a bib and burp cloth that matches her diaper bag. I am going to add cute fabric and ribbon to the burp cloth:


This is a bib that I made that will look cute with some of her summer outfits. I am new to applique so it was kind of an experiment.


Here is her cute diaper bag. I had to take this to Singer for the monogram:


Of course, our other baby has some news also. Finley got a haircut last week. Here's a couple quick pictures of his new style:



Also, as February ends- I have to add that my "baby" sister turned 18 on the 23rd. I CANNOT believe she is that grown up. Here are a few shots of her from Cookies with Characters.







Well, hopefully I hit some of the highlights of February. Maybe I will do better at keeping this updated especially over the next few exciting and eventful weeks.
