I realized when I started uploading pictures, that more than half of them had Finley Dog in them.
I totally LOVE this doggie!
I could NEVER ask for a better companion for Annistyn. He is such a good brother and he is SO patient with her.
When we started considering getting an indoor dog before she was born, we didn't know which breed would be best. After talking with others and doing some research, we decided on the miniature schnauzer and we definitely made the BEST choice possible.
I looked out the window the other day to see this...
If you can't tell, he is leaning over the side of the porch, DRINKING from the sprinkler as ir waters the grass.
He is so silly!
We have all been LOVING this warm spring weather. Temperatures have been upper 70's to mid 80's pretty much every day since the end of February.
Annistyn has new flip-flops or 'pip pops' as she calls them.
I was also on the lookout for some good plain sandals that would go with a variety of outfits. We had a pair from Target last year that worked great. I was pretty excited about finding these at PayLess!
Annistyn LOVES playing outside and would probably stay in the yard all day every day.
Finley gets pretty excited when we all go outside. That's where he likes to be too!
She is turning into such a bossy little girl. EVERY day, I have dozens of 'stories' I could tell about things she comes up with.
Here are a few of my favorites.
Yesterday we came in and she told me she wanted to read a book. So I told her to get one and she did. She said, "Mommy! I want to read dis book!" and I said, "Well, read it girl!" and she said, "I can't reeeeeead!"
Her new favorite phrase is, "I don't think so!" It has gotten her in trouble a lot lately.
She's really obsessed with the days of the week and what we are going to do every day. Monday when I woke her up she said, "I have a busy week!" and told me every plan for every day.
She loves to spell her name and tells people her name is "Annistyn Caroline Page".
She talks from the second she gets in the car until it stops. Which gets old fast. I love her.... but it gets old.
She loves going to "Old Mehico" and eating cheese dip. She has been eating like a PIG lately!!!
She loves to 'stretch' and tumble. She likes to do front rolls. She gives you the step-by-step instructions when she does one.
And I could go on all day!!!!
Her hair is getting really long and fluffy.
We got a big order of Shrimp and Grits clothes last week and she was SO excited.
We had to try them on....
And take a picture, of course!
As for me- I started the Couch to 5K completely because of peer pressure. I haven't ran since highschool. I really didn't think I could do it, but I am completely hooked! I forgot how much I loved that feeling. I am only on the end of Week 2 (out of 9) but I hope that I will be able to finish it.
